Installatie en configuratie

  • Zelfstandig installeren, configureren en in dienst stellen van beveiligingssystemen
  • Verifiëren en testen van alle geïnstalleerde systemen om te zorgen voor optimale prestaties, je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor je eigen installatie
  • Oplossen van klant gerelateerde technische vraagstukken op locatie

Rapportage en documentatie

  • Nauwkeurige documentatie van klantendossiers, gepresteerde activiteiten en klantinteracties
  • Rapporteren van technische problemen aan de projectleider

Klantinteractie

  • Klantvriendelijkheid en effectievve communicatie om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen
  • Advies en uitleg geven aan klanten over systeemoptimalisaties en upgrades / bij opstart van een installatie

Samenwerking

  • Samenwerken met andere teamleden en externe partijen in projectverband
  • Oplossen van klant gerelateerde technische vraagstukken op locatie

Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in de beveiligingssector

Bewezen ervaring met het installeren en onderhouden van alarminstallaties, CCTV, brandbeveiliging en toegangscontrolesystemen

Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en beslissingen te nemen op locatie

Efficiënt plannen en organiseren van de werkzaamheden

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding

In staat om technische informatie op begrijpelijke wijze aan klanten / medewerkers over te brengen
