The posting

Voor een sterk groeiende onderneming actief in hernieuwbare energie zijn we op zoek naar een Projectleider Solar.

In deze functie neem je de volledige coördinatie van zonne-energieprojecten op jou, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers, aannemers en interne medewerkers en bewaakt zowel de technische als organisatorische voortgang van de projecten.

Naast zonnepanelen werk je ook mee aan totaaloplossingen rond onder andere batterijsystemen, laadpalen en energiebeheersystemen.

Jouw taken

Als Projectleider Solar sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het coördineren en opvolgen van projecten van A tot Z.
  • Het voorbereiden en beheren van technische dossiers.
  • Het opmaken en controleren van elektrische schema’s.
  • Het bewaken van deadlines, kwaliteit en een efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Het aankopen en tijdig voorzien van de nodige materialen.
  • Het organiseren van de logistiek op en rond de werf.
  • Het aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs.
  • Het opvolgen van werkzaamheden op verschillende werven.
  • Het oplossen van technische en organisatorische problemen tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten, aannemers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Het bewaken van een correcte oplevering van de projecten.

We zoeken een kandidaat die:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Industriële Wetenschappen, Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek, Energie of gelijkwaardig is door relevante ervaring.
  • Een sterke interesse heeft in hernieuwbare energie en innovatieve energietechnieken.
  • Beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht.
  • Sterk is in plannen, organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Oplossingsgericht denkt en snel kan schakelen.
  • Ervaring heeft met het aansturen van medewerkers of hierin verder wil groeien.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk is.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen.
  • Goed kan omgaan met deadlines en veranderende omstandigheden.
