Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van woningbouwprojecten en stuurt het team aan op de bouwplaats. Je hebt de ruimte om zelf beslissingen te nemen en werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en collega's. - Aansturen van uitvoerend personeel en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het project; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en adviseurs over voortgang en wijzigingen; - Zorgen voor veilige werkomstandigheden en naleving van regelgeving.

Je groeit door naar senior projectleider of specialiseert je in duurzame bouwmethoden.
