Als Projectleider Bouw ben jij de spilfiguur die bouwprojecten van start tot oplevering in goede banen leidt. Samen met het projectteam zorg je voor een vlotte, veilige en kwalitatieve realisatie binnen budget en planning. Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterk leiderschap en bouwt duurzame relaties op met alle betrokken partners.

Functie omschrijving

  • Project- & werfbeheer, Je stelt de werfplanning op, volgt deze nauwgezet op en bewaakt het projectbudget van A tot Z.
  • Aankoop & materialenbeheer, Je coördineert aankopen in overleg met de aankoopafdeling, beheert het materiaalgebruik en controleert leveringen op kwaliteit en timing.
  • Stakeholdermanagement, Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, ontwerpers en onderaannemers. Je onderhandelt en stemt af met respect voor kwaliteit, veiligheid, kostprijs en deadlines.
  • Teamcoördinatie & leiderschap, Je stuurt het projectteam aan, motiveert collega’s en zorgt voor duidelijke instructies en een efficiënte samenwerking op de werf.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in civiele bouwprojecten.
  • Je combineert praktisch-technisch inzicht met sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel en weet mensen mee te krijgen in je verhaal.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VOL-VCA attest.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en resultaatgedreven, met oog voor samenwerking en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke teamleider die motiveert, structuur brengt en beslissingen durft nemen.
