Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leidt meerdere renovatie- en restauratieprojecten van opstart tot oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je stuurt een team van eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers aan.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor architecten, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers.
  • Je organiseert materiaalbestellingen en coördineert de uitvoering op de werf.
  • Je voert regelmatige werfbezoeken uit en grijpt onmiddellijk in wanneer nodig.
  • Je werkt vorderingsstaten uit en volgt administratieve projectgegevens nauwkeurig op.
  • Je stemt de voortgang af met collega-projectleiders en de directie.
