Over de functie

Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie en opvolging van bouwprojecten van A tot Z. Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid en stuurt bij waar nodig om een succesvol eindresultaat te garanderen. Je analyseert bouwdossiers, stelt de nodige projectplanningen op en coördineert de samenwerking tussen eigen medewerkers, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Daarnaast onderhoud je nauwe contacten met bouwheren, architecten en andere betrokken partijen en neem je deel aan werfvergaderingen. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak detecteer je mogelijke knelpunten tijdig en werk je doelgerichte oplossingen uit. Ook de opmaak van vorderingsstaten en de uiteindelijke oplevering van de werf behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Uitvoering.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring als Projectleider binnen totaalprojecten.
  • Je bent bij voorkeur industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kan terugblikken op minstens 7 jaar ervaring binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische, communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van bouwtechnieken, materialen en bouwvoorschriften.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op en werkt proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bouwt graag aan duurzame relaties met klanten, bouwpartners en collega's.
