Bij deze groeiende aannemer in Overijssel krijg je de kans om je stempel te drukken op diverse bouwprojecten. Je werkt in een praktische omgeving waar kwaliteit, planning en samenwerking voorop staan. Wat ga je doen? Als projectleider houd je het overzicht tijdens het hele bouwproces. Je stuurt op planning, budget en kwaliteit terwijl je zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Je bent het aanspreekpunt tussen opdrachtgevers en het uitvoeringsteam. MBO- of HBO-opleiding bouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische richting Ervaring met begeleiden van bouwprojecten Technisch inzicht en kennis van bouwprocessen Sterke planning- en organisatievaardigheden Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden Gestructureerde werkwijze met oog voor detail Praktische instelling en oplossingsgericht denken Wat bieden we? Salaris tussen €4.000 en €5.000 per maand 25 vakantiedagen plus ATV dagen volgens CAO Fulltime dienstverband, parttime bespreekbaar Auto, telefoon en laptop van de zaak Flexibele werktijden en thuiswerkmogelijkheden Contract voor bepaalde tijd met intentie vast dienstverband Ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden door cursussen en opleidingen Over de organisatie Je komt terecht bij een groeiende aannemer die een stevige positie opbouwt in de regionale bouwsector.
