Voor onze klant zoeken we een projectleider bouw die klaar is om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen gevarieerde B2B-projecten. We zoeken iemand met bouwkundige kennis, organisatievermogen en de juiste mentaliteit om projecten correct op te volgen van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Bij onze klant zijn er heerst een familiale sfeer met korte lijnen. Vertrouwen en samenwerking staan centraal . Bij ons werk je dicht bij de werf, dicht bij je collega’s en dicht bij de klant.

Jobomschrijving

Als projectleider volg je bouwprojecten op van A tot Z, met ondersteuning waar nodig. Je zorgt ervoor dat planning, uitvoering, communicatie, budget en kwaliteit goed op elkaar afgestemd blijven.Je taken bestaan onder meer uit:Voorbereiden, plannen en opvolgen van B2B-bouwprojectenCoördineren van eigen ploegen, onderaannemers en leveranciersOpvolgen van werfvergaderingen en praktische werfcommunicatieBewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheidControleren van uitvoeringsplannen, technische details en afsprakenOplossen van praktische en technische uitdagingenCommuniceren met klanten, architecten, studiebureaus en collega’sRapporteren aan de interne verantwoordelijkenZorgen voor een correcte oplevering en nazorgJe werkt mee aan projecten zoals retailwinkels, commerciële ruimtes, grootwarenhuizen, renovaties, nieuwbouw en afwerkingswerken.
