Je stuurt mensen aan, houdt de planning scherp in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, budget en voortgang in balans blijven. Hierbij verlies je het gezamenlijke doel nooit uit het oog. Wij zoeken een ervaren Projectleider Bouw, die nieuwbouwprojecten van begin tot eind aanstuurt. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, werkt samen met een betrokken team en hebt direct invloed op het eindresultaat. Wat ga jij doen? Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere woningbouwprojecten. Je geeft leiding aan het projectteam, onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen worden gerealiseerd.
