Over de functie Als projectleider stuur je bouwprojecten van A tot Z aan met oog voor technische kwaliteit, planning en rendabiliteit Je fungeert als direct contactpersoon voor de bouwheer en bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van uitvoeringsstrategieën en planningen

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opzetten van een strategisch plan en bepalen van de aan te houden uitvoeringsmethode
  • Organiseren van uitvoering, beheer van bestellingen, onderaannemingscontracten en volledige werfopvolging vanaf opstart tot oplevering
  • Waarborgen van de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen, zowel intern als bij onderaannemers
  • Begeleiden van het projectteam (zoals projectingenieur en werfleider), verdelen van taken en opvolging van voortgang
  • Rapporteren aan de directieprojecten en onderhouden van contacten met de bouwheer
  • Master of bachelor in burgerlijke of industriële bouwkunde
  • Minimum 8 jaar ervaring als projectleider in de (klasse 8) bouwsector
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, met goede kennis van Engels en Frans
  • Vlot in MS Office, met een grondige kennis van MS Project
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B
