Heb jij een sterke technische achtergrond in de bouw en hou je ervan om projecten van A tot Z in goede banen te leiden? Ben je organisatorisch sterk, hou je het budget nauwlettend in de gaten en ga je voor een kwalitatieve afwerking? Dan zoeken wij jou!

Voor een stabiel en groeiend bouwbedrijf zoeken wij een ervaren projectleider die de volledige opvolging van bouwprojecten op zich neemt.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor jouw projecten en zorgt ervoor dat de planning, uitvoering, kwaliteit en financiële opvolging op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van aankoop en planning en houdt het overzicht van de voorbereiding tot de definitieve oplevering.

Jouw taken:

  • Zelfstandig opvolgen en coördineren van bouwprojecten van start tot oplevering
  • Opstellen en bewaken van gedetailleerde werfplanningen
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van aankoopdossiers in samenwerking met de aankoopdienst
  • Afstemmen van de werkzaamheden met de planningsverantwoordelijke en de verschillende betrokken partijen
  • Toezien op een kwalitatieve uitvoering en correcte afwerking van de werken
  • Bewaken van de budgetten en opvolgen van de projectkosten
  • Opstellen en controleren van vorderingsstaten voor de klant
  • Tijdig signaleren van knelpunten en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en volledige oplevering van elk project
  • Onderhouden van een vlotte communicatie met klanten, collega's en uitvoerende partijen
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de bouwsector
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische kennis en hebt inzicht in bouwprocessen
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt verschillende projecten en deadlines opvolgen
  • Je hebt financieel inzicht en houdt budgetten en kosten nauwkeurig in de gaten
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel met alle betrokken partijen
  • Je bent zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en resultaatgedreven
  • Je bewaart het overzicht, ook wanneer de planning onder druk staat
  • Kennis van KPD, AutoCAD of MS Project is een pluspunt
