Jouw uitdaging

Als Projectleider neem je de leiding over diverse bouwprojecten. Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en budgetten, stuurt teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat elk project succesvol wordt gerealiseerd.

Jouw taken

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van diverse bouwprojecten van A tot Z.
  • Je volgt zowel de technische als financiële aspecten van de projecten nauwgezet op.
  • Je stuurt het projectteam aan en zorgt ervoor dat elk project kwalitatief, veilig en tijdig wordt opgeleverd.
  • Je onderhoudt een vlotte communicatie met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en het budget van de projecten.
  • Je denkt proactief mee na over verbeteringen en oplossingen tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Na oplevering evalueer je het project samen met alle betrokken partijen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren en te coachen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende projecten en uitdagingen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed.
