Als Projectleider Bouw bij Aannemingsmaatschappij ROVO werk je mee aan projecten die ertoe doen. Hierbij kun je denken aan de volgende werkzaamheden: - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor bouwprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. - Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Je stuurt werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers aan. - Je onderhoudt het contact met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders. - Je rapporteert over voortgang en risico's aan de directie. Wie zoeken wij? Je herkent jezelf in het volgende: - HBO-opleiding Bouwkunde of Civiele Techniek. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider in de bouw. - Kennis van UAV en UAV-GC contracten. - Leiderschap, overzicht en resultaatgerichtheid. - VCA-VOL en rijbewijs B.
