Als Projectleider Bouw stuur je uiteenlopende renovatie-, onderhouds- en nieuwbouwprojecten aan binnen een toonaangevend attractiepark in de regio Rotterdam. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ziet jouw projecten dagelijks tot leven komen. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider Bouw begeleid je uiteenlopende bouwkundige projecten van initiatief tot oplevering. Je werkt aan renovaties van bestaande gebouwen, nieuwe attracties, horeca en retaillocaties en de uitbreiding van bezoekersvoorzieningen. Daarbij bewaak je de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en het budget . Je stemt werkzaamheden af met aannemers, adviseurs, leveranciers en andere externe partijen en zorgt dat alle onderdelen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Omdat je meerdere projecten tegelijk begeleidt, houd je continu overzicht over de voortgang, risico's en gemaakte afspraken. Daarnaast stel je projectplanningen, begrotingen en risicoanalyses op. Je zorgt dat werkzaamheden zo veel mogelijk buiten openingstijden of tijdens onderhoudsperiodes worden uitgevoerd. Ook denk je mee over verduurzaming, onderhoud en verbeteringen binnen het bouwproces. Met jouw bouwkundige kennis en organisatorisch vermogen zorg je voor projecten die technisch goed zijn voorbereid en praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige, toekomstbestendige en aantrekkelijke recreatieomgeving.
