Onze klant is actief in de residentiële sector en streeft ernaar om klanten en hun eindklanten volledig te ontzorgen door steeds te zoeken naar de meest kostenefficiënte oplossingen.

Daarnaast positioneert onze klant zich steeds meer als een betrouwbare partner binnen industriële projecten, schoolinfrastructuur en kantoorbouw.

Ze doen daarbij beroep op hun ervaren en betrokken medewerkers, die volgens een gedeelde visie samenwerken – met elkaar én met de klant – op een doeltreffende en professionele manier.

Wat doe je als Projectleider bouw?

  • Je blijft tijdens de volledige uitvoering van het project in rechtstreeks contact met de opdrachtgever.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en brengt samen met het architectenteam en de ingenieur de verwachtingen van de klant duidelijk in beeld.
  • Je stemt af met alle betrokkenen zoals opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en technische adviseurs.
  • Je neemt een centrale rol op binnen het projectteam en zorgt voor een vlotte coördinatie, motivatie en opvolging van alle teamleden.
  • Je houdt de planning nauwgezet in de gaten, waarborgt de kwaliteit en veiligheid, en ziet toe op het naleven van het budget.
  • Je beschikt idealiter over een masterdiploma in een bouwtechnische richting en hebt reeds meerdere projecten tot een goed einde gebracht.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid binnen elk project.
  • Je communiceert helder en transparant, toont inzet en werkt graag samen met anderen. Je weet mensen te inspireren en behandelen met wederzijds respect.
  • Je blinkt uit in organiseren en structureren, en slaagt erin om geplande deadlines consequent na te leven.
  • Je toont initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer dat nodig is.
