The posting

Voor de ondersteuning van diverse bouw- en renovatieprojecten binnen gemeentes grenzend aan Oost-Vlaanderen en Antwerpen zoeken wij een ervaren projectleider. Je neemt projecten zelfstandig op of ondersteunt lopende dossiers, steeds in nauwe samenwerking met de opdrachtgever, ontwerpers, architecten, aannemers en interne diensten.

Als externe projectleider vertegenwoordig je de bouwheer bij bouw- en renovatiedossiers. Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, timing en budgetten en zorgt ervoor dat projecten professioneel voorbereid, opgevolgd en afgerond worden. Je combineert bouwtechnische expertise met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een goed inzicht in overheidsopdrachten.

Voornaamste taken

  • Je analyseert de bestaande bouwkundige toestand en de planologische context van projecten.
  • Je stelt programma’s van eisen, ramingen, nota’s en technische voorschriften op.
  • Je begeleidt ontwerp- en uitvoeringsdossiers in samenwerking met ontwerpers, architecten en aannemers.
  • Je organiseert en neemt deel aan overlegmomenten en maakt duidelijke verslagen op.
  • Je ondersteunt de Dienst overheidsopdrachten bij lastenboeken, prijsonderzoeken, offertevraagstukken en gunningsverslagen.
  • Je volgt werken op als vertegenwoordiger van de bouwheer en adviseert over technische keuzes, wijzigingen, verrekeningen en opleveringen.
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, vorderingsstaten, technische fiches, proefverslagen en het dagboek der werken.
  • Je bereidt voorlopige en definitieve opleveringen voor en volgt openstaande punten tijdens de waarborgperiode op.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting en/of relevante aantoonbare beroepservaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met bouw- en renovatieprojecten, bij voorkeur binnen een publieke context.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met projectmanagement, werfopvolging, technische dossiers en budgetbewaking.
  • Je communiceert helder met opdrachtgevers, ontwerpers, aannemers en interne stakeholders.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Kennis van de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten is een sterke troef.
  • Referenties: je kunt minimaal 1 referentie van gelijkaardige opdracht uitgevoerd in de voorbije 3 jaar voorleggen. Aan elke referentie wordt een attest van goede uitvoering toegevoegd evenals de tewerkstellingsperiode.
