Bij het Maasstad Ziekenhuis in Rotterdam werk je niet aan zomaar een gebouw, maar aan de plek waar dagelijks honderden zorgprofessionals patiënten de beste zorg bieden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor uiteenlopende projecten op het gebied van vastgoed, huisvesting en facilitaire voorzieningen. Je leidt ze van initiatief tot oplevering en inhuizing en zorgt dat alle betrokkenen aangehaakt blijven. Concreet werk je onder andere aan: - De doorontwikkeling van de polikliniek: nu de aanmeldzuilen zijn geïnstalleerd, verdwijnen grotendeels de balies en geef jij vorm aan de nieuwe functie die daarvoor in de plaats komt. - De voorbereiding van het project 2e ingang, dat volgend jaar concreet wordt. - De vervanging van bedside terminals door tablets, op meerdere locaties van het Maasstad Ziekenhuis. Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment werk je aan een ontwerp, het andere moment stem je een verbouwing met de aannemer en de gebruikers af. Je vertaalt behoeften vanuit de zorg naar concrete oplossingen, stuurt op planning, budget en risico's. Je begeleidt de uitvoering van een verbouwing, daarbij verbindt je de belangen van interne en externe partijen. Zo ben je de schakel tussen techniek, huisvesting en zorg en dat maakt deze functie ook zo leuk en uitdagend.
