Met initiatief, integriteit en overtuigingskracht creëer je vertrouwen bij opdrachtgevers, ontwikkelaars, collega's, partners en onderaannemers. - Regie voeren over het bouwproject en de voortgang bewaken. - Plannen, organiseren en bijsturen op tijd, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget. - Coördineren van projectteams, onderaannemers en ketenpartners. - Oplossen van complexe bouwkundige vraagstukken en risico's. - Stimuleren van duurzame, circulaire en technisch sterke oplossingen. Functie-eisen Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in projectleiding binnen de bouw en weet hoe je mensen en belangen verbindt. Je communiceert helder, luistert met empathie en bewaakt afspraken met accuratesse. Daarbij toon je leiderschap, doorzettingsvermogen en resultaatgerichtheid, zonder de samenwerking uit het oog te verliezen. - Hbo-diploma Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding. - Ervaring met BIM, planningen en projectmanagement. - Kennis van bouwfysica, materialen, bouwsystemen en wetgeving. - Vermogen om zelfstandig, besluitvaardig en oplossingsgericht te handelen. - Affiniteit met complexe binnenstedelijke bouw en gebiedsontwikkeling.
