Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde aannemer in industriebouw, afbraakwerken en boorwerken, met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in de sector. Sinds de oprichting in 2012 is het bedrijf sterk gegroeid en telt het vandaag een team van 20 bedienden en 60 vakmensen, aangevuld met gespecialiseerde onderaannemers.

Ze realiseren projecten voor toonaangevende klanten in de retail- en industriesector, zoals supermarkten, productiebedrijven en luchthavens. Dankzij hun klasse 6 erkenning kunnen ze complexe bouwprojecten efficiënt en op hoog niveau uitvoeren.

Wat doe je als Projectleider?

  • Je bent als projectleider verantwoordelijk voor de ruwbouw van gebouwen tot en met de aanleg van parkings.
  • De projectleider zorgt voor de coördinatie van de verschillende partijen (bouwheer, onderaannemers, eigen arbeiders).
  • Je staat in voor de controle en kwaliteit conform plannen en lastenboek.
  • Je houdt toezicht op het uitvoeren van het werk.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het rendement en het te gebruiken materieel.
  • Als projectleider sta je in voor de veiligheid op de werf.
  • Je hebt een bouwkundige opleiding Bachelor of Ingenieur of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren relevante ervaring in de bouwsector als Werfleider/projectleider.
  • Je hebt goede organisatorische en contactuele vaardigheden en je bent klantgericht ingesteld.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en bij voorkeur van het Frans.
