Jobomschrijving

Projectleider Bouw | Groeiend bouwbedrijf met complexe en uiteenlopende projecten

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging en coördinatie van meerdere bouwprojecten.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en uitvoeringsdoelstellingen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, architecten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne teams.
  • Ondersteunen van het aankoopproces door offertes op te vragen en samen te werken met leveranciers en partners.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van werfleiders en uitvoerende teams.
  • Toezien op de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en wettelijke regelgeving.
  • Monitoren van voortgang, kosten, rendement en eventuele meerwerken.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van projectadministratie, rapporteringen en opleveringsdocumenten.
  • Signaleren van risico's en proactief zoeken naar oplossingen om projecten succesvol af te ronden.
  • Bewaken van klanttevredenheid gedurende het volledige projectverloop.

Projectleider Bouw | Groeiend bouwbedrijf met complexe en uiteenlopende projecten

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond.
  • Heeft minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als projectleider binnen de bouwsector.
  • Is een natuurlijke organisator die meerdere projecten tegelijk kan beheren.
  • Combineert technische kennis met sterke communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Werkt resultaatgericht en behoudt overzicht, ook binnen complexe projectomgevingen.
  • Heeft oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en heeft een goede kennis van Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B en een VCA VOL-certificaat of is bereid dit te behalen.
