The posting

Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algemene leiding van één of meerdere bouwprojecten (ruwbouw en afwerking), zowel qua uitvoering, budget als People management.

Afhankelijk van de grootte van het project wordt je hierin ondersteund door een werfleider, BIM-modelleur en/of werkvoorbereider.

Jij hebt als projectleider onder andere volgende taken:

  • Je behoudt ten allen tijde het overzicht van je project(en), stuurt bij waar nodig en tracht je planning zo goed als mogelijk trouw te blijven
  • Je onderhoudt gedurende het hele project nauw contact met de klant.
  • Je probeert op een proactieve manier de wensen van deze klant mede in kaart te brengen, in samenspraak met het team van architect en ingenieur.
  • Je voert overleg met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, leveranciers, onderaannemers, etc.
  • Je bent de motor van het projectteam, en zorgt dan ook voor goede aansturing, motivatie en opvolging van je medewerkers (bedienden én arbeiders)
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid én het budget.
  • ...
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een bouwgerelateerde richting en hebt bij voorkeur al een aantal projecten succesvol afgewerkt.
  • Je communiceert vlot en open, bent gedreven en gericht op samenwerken en het motiveren van mensen. Je bent een peoplemanager en hebt respect voor iedereen.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en zorgt dat gemaakte planningen ook effectief behaald worden.
