Ben jij een ervaren projectleider die graag het volledige traject bewaakt, van technisch plan en planning tot een perfect afgewerkt project?

Hou jij ervan om klanten, tekenaars, leveranciers en plaatsers op elkaar af te stemmen en tegelijk grip te houden op timing, kwaliteit én budget?

Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming gespecialiseerd in professionele interieur- en afwerkingsprojecten zoeken we een Projectleider Bouw & Interieur.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Neem ownership over jouw projecten: je organiseert en coördineert verschillende interieur- en afwerkingsprojecten van voorbereiding tot succesvolle oplevering.
  • Hou planning, kwaliteit en budget onder controle: je stelt project- en werfplanningen op, volgt ze nauwgezet op en stuurt tijdig bij wanneer nodig.
  • Wees het aanspreekpunt voor de klant: je onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact, neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken gedurende het volledige project.
  • Vertaal het project naar uitvoering: je geeft duidelijke instructies aan het tekenbureau, kunt plannen en calculaties interpreteren en bewaakt de technische haalbaarheid.
  • Coördineer mensen op de werf: je stuurt plaatsers en externe partners aan en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat, wanneer en volgens welke kwaliteitsverwachtingen moet gebeuren.
  • Neem ook het aankoopluik mee: je organiseert projectgebonden aankopen, onderhoudt leverancierscontacten en bewaakt prijzen, levertermijnen en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Hou ook commercieel het overzicht: je maakt kleinere offertes op en volgt de financiële kant van jouw projecten mee op.
  • Blijf dicht bij de uitvoering: door regelmatige bezoeken aan klanten en werven weet je wat er speelt en kun je snel en proactief schakelen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als projectleider binnen de bouwsector; ervaring met interieur, afwerking of binneninrichting is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende technisch inzicht om plannen en calculaties te lezen en technische dossiers correct te interpreteren.
  • Je bent een sterke organisator die verschillende projecten, deadlines en betrokken partijen tegelijk kan opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je beschikt over matuur en natuurlijk leiderschap: je kunt plaatsers en externe partners duidelijk aansturen en weet ook in moeilijkere situaties kordaat op te treden.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en proactief: je wacht niet tot problemen zich stellen, maar anticipeert en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om regelmatig projecten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen te bezoeken.
