Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een passie voor de bouw? Heb je ervaring met het coördineren van bouwprojecten en haal je energie uit het succesvol opleveren van werven? Dan ben jij de Projectleider Bouw die wij zoeken.

Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van bouwprojecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid en vormt de schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en het uitvoeringsteam.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Volledig beheren van bouwprojecten en werven van A tot Z.

Voorbereiden, opstarten, coördineren, opvolgen en opleveren van projecten.

Uitvoeren van werfopmetingen en aansturen van tekenaars.

Opstellen van de projectplanning en organiseren van de personeelsbezetting.

Bepalen van de technische en personele middelen per project.

Offertes aanvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en bestellingen plaatsen in samenwerking met de aankoopafdeling.

Organiseren van de materiaalbevoorrading, opslagzones en inzet van machines.

Technisch advies geven over materialen en uitvoeringsmethodes.

Leiden van werfvergaderingen en onderhouden van contacten met klanten, architecten en bouwpartners.

Aansturen van ploegbazen, arbeiders en onderaannemers.

Oplossen van technische en organisatorische uitdagingen op de werf.

Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid, procedures en correcte uitvoering.

Opstellen van opleveringsrapporten, As-Built-dossiers, vorderingsstaten en verrekeningen van meerwerken.

Bewaken van budget, planning en rendement gedurende het volledige project.

Master Bouwkunde, Industrieel Ingenieur Bouw of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring als Projectleider, Werfleider of in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de bouwsector is een sterke troef.

Kennis van bouwtechnieken, werforganisatie en projectmanagement.

Ervaring met AutoCAD.

Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Excel, Word en Outlook).

Goede kennis van het Nederlands en een behoorlijke kennis van het Frans.

Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.

Klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.

Resultaatgericht, stressbestendig en flexibel.

Je werkt zelfstandig maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
