Wat ga je doen?

Als projectleider bouw neem jij de leiding over uitdagende projecten in zowel algemene bouw als staalbouw: denk aan bedrijfsgebouwen, distributiecentra, productiehallen, silo-installaties en petrochemische infrastructuur.

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van A tot Z:

  • Je stelt een efficiënte projectplanning op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid, timing en budgetten.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant én je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met architecten, onderaannemers, arbeiders, werfleiders, enz.
  • Je coördineert met interne teams zoals aankoop, werkvoorbereiding en engineering.
  • Je licht de voortgang en prognoses toe tijdens maandelijkse meetings.

Kortom: je combineert techniek, people management en klantgerichtheid in één boeiende functie.

  • Je hebt een hoger diploma bouwkunde en minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en MS Project.
  • Je bent proactief, daadkrachtig en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je hebt sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden: je weet een team te motiveren én structureren.
  • Je werkt afwisselend op projectlocaties en op kantoor.
