PIC, opgericht in 1981, is samen met haar zusterbedrijf Van Der Kinderen, gespecialiseerd in zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie- en restauratiewerken in de publieke sector.

Als klasse 7 bouwbedrijf zijn beide ondernemingen belangrijke spelers op de markt met een indrukwekkende referentielijst.

Door de groei van beide bedrijven zijn wij voor onze vestiging te Laarne op zoek naar een projectleider om ons team te versterken.

Functieomschrijving:

- Je krijgt de autonome verantwoordelijkheid voor enkele renovatieprojecten in Vlaanderen;

- Je zorgt voor een feilloze planning, technische voorbereiding en organisatie van de jou toegewezen werven;

- Je staat in voor de opstart van de werf en doet de opvolging tot en met de oplevering;

- Je stuurt zowel eigen ploegen (25%) als onderaannemers (75%) aan;

- Je organiseert en coördineert werven op vlak van mensen en middelen met het oog op kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendabiliteit;

- Om te waken over de correcte technische uitvoering van de werven voer je de nodige werfbezoeken uit;

- Je realiseert de projecten binnen het afgesproken tijdschema en budget en leidt de werfvergaderingen waar je het aanspreekpunt bent voor alle betrokken partijen
