Ben jij een gedreven bouwkundig projectleider die energie haalt uit uitdagende renovatieprojecten? In deze functie neem je de leiding over complexe bouwprojecten met een duurzaam karakter. Je combineert technische expertise met sterk leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat renovatie-, restauratie- en infrastructuurprojecten kwalitatief, veilig en volgens planning worden gerealiseerd. Of je nu aan het begin van je carrière staat of al jaren ervaring hebt, je krijgt de ondersteuning én autonomie om het verschil te maken.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je coördineert één of meerdere bouw- en renovatieprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je stelt planningen op, organiseert de werf en zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van materialen, materieel en medewerkers.
  • Je analyseert bestekken en vertaalt deze naar een praktische en haalbare uitvoering.
  • Je stuurt eigen medewerkers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen dagelijks aan.
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, kwaliteit, veiligheid en timing en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je leidt werfvergaderingen, onderhoudt het contact met alle stakeholders en denkt actief mee over innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.
  • Ervaring als projectleider is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde junior profielen komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt steeds het overzicht, ook bij complexe projecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot, motiveert teams en werkt constructief samen met klanten en bouwpartners.
  • Je hebt een passie voor renovatie, restauratie, infrastructuur of andere technische bouwprojecten.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een extra troef.
