We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven Projectleider die verantwoordelijk is voor de succesvolle uitvoering van bouwprojecten.

Je staat in voor de technische en financiële opvolging van projecten, stuurt het projectteam aan en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met klanten, leveranciers, adviseurs en andere betrokken partijen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectingenieurs, werkvoorbereiders en werfleiders om projecten efficiënt, kwalitatief en volgens de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te realiseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de uitvoering van bouwprojecten.
  • Instaan voor de technische en financiële opvolging van projectdossiers.
  • Aansturen en coördineren van een team van werkvoorbereiders en projectingenieurs.
  • Nauw samenwerken met werfleiders om projecten vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Coördineren van de communicatie met klanten, adviseurs, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.
  • De voortgang van projecten bewaken en waar nodig bijsturen.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, planning, budget en de algemene projectdoelstellingen.
  • Afgewerkte projecten evalueren met alle betrokken partijen en verbeterpunten identificeren.

Profiel & Vaardigheden

  • Master Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd binnen de sector.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur met grotere projecten.
  • Sterke peoplemanagement- en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Resultaatgericht en in staat om tijdig bij te sturen.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en in staat om snel te schakelen bij veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkhouding.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
