Wil jij bouwprojecten leiden zonder dagelijks urenlang onderweg te zijn?

Voor een ervaren familiebedrijf in de regio Zulte zoeken we een projectleider met een sterke bouwkundige achtergrond. De onderneming voert wegenwerken, rioleringswerken en betonconstructies uit voor openbare en private opdrachtgevers.

De projecten bevinden zich steeds binnen een straal van ongeveer 30 kilometer rond Zulte. Zo besteed je minder tijd in de file en meer tijd aan de opvolging van jouw werven. Als projectleider werk je samen met ervaren vakmensen en krijg je moderne machines en technieken ter beschikking.

Wat houdt de job in? Als projectleider neem je de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van verschillende bouwprojecten voor jouw rekening

  • Binnen jouw projecten stel je haalbare planningen op en bewaak je de afgesproken timing
  • Daarnaast controleer je de uitvoering en volg je de voortgang van iedere werf nauwkeurig op
  • Samen met de vakmensen op de werf zorg je voor een duidelijke organisatie en goede aansturing
  • Verder los je praktische problemen doordacht op en stuur je bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt
  • Tot slot neem je deel aan het wekelijkse overleg met het leidinggevende team
  • Een bachelor bouwkunde, een diploma industrieel ingenieur of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond geeft je de nodige technische basis
  • Inzicht in bouwprojecten en werfopvolging vormt een duidelijke meerwaarde
  • Daarnaast beschik je over organisatorisch inzicht, stuur je mensen op een respectvolle manier aan en volg je planningen zorgvuldig op
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en werk je zelfstandig, stipt en oplossingsgericht
