Jobomschrijving

Als Projectleider Bovenleiding ben je dé sleutelpersoon voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en opvolging van bovenleidingprojecten in het spoor. Jij garandeert een veilige en efficiënte organisatie, kwaliteitsvol projectmanagement en houd je aan planning en budget. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Toezien op het naleven van veiligheidsregels en welzijnsvoorschriften op de werkvloer
  • Voorbereiden en beheren van spoorwegprojecten (van dossier tot nacalculatie) via digitale tools
  • Organiseren van project kick-offs, werkmethodes uitwerken, leveranciers en onderaannemers aansturen
  • Maakt planningen en coördineert met site leaders en planningsteam
  • Realiseert kwaliteitscontroles, risicoanalyses en toolboxmeetings
  • Houdt de financiële aspecten nauwgezet in de gaten: kosten, marges, vorderingsstaten en facturatie
  • Rapporteert en stuurt bij waar nodig voor optimale projectresultaten

  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Masterdiploma in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardige technische richting
  • Ervaring binnen projectleiding, techniek of infrastructuur is een troef maar geen must

  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou voorop
  • Je werkt graag samen met diverse teams en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je houdt van structuur, haalt energie uit technische projecten en kan goed omgaan met deadlines
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en financieel bewust
  • Je bent bereid om af en toe een project op te volgen in het weekend (ongeveer 5 weekends per jaar)
