Voor onze klant in de omgeving van Aalst, gespecialiseerd in brandbeveiliging en sprinklerinstallaties, zoeken wij een Projectleider verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces van ontwerp, uitvoering en oplevering van projecten.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen als Projectleider?

  • Je begeleidt sprinklerprojecten van ontwerp tot oplevering.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, engineers en het montageteam.
  • Je maakt offertes op en volgt projecten nauwgezet op.
  • Je stuurt meestergasten en onderaannemers aan.
  • Je zorgt dat projecten voldoen aan veiligheids- en normeringsvoorschriften.
  • Je plant werfinspecties en werkt samen met de aankoopafdeling.
  • Bachelor/Master in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, ingenieursstudies...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens een eerste ervaring als projectleider in HVAC, piping of bouw.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, plant goed en bent administratief sterk.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je houdt van een gezonde dosis stress en blijft gefocust op resultaten.
