Via onze werving- en selectiedivisie start je onmiddellijk met een vast contract bij onze klanten.

Voor onze klant in de omgeving van Aalst, gespecialiseerd in brandbeveiliging en sprinklerinstallaties, zoeken wij een Projectleider verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces van ontwerp, uitvoering en oplevering van sprinklerprojecten.

Jobomschrijving

Als Projectleider werk je in nauwe samenwerking met het montageteam, engineers, klanten en andere betrokken partijen om elk project succesvol af te ronden, waarbij je de hoogste veiligheidsnormen in acht neemt.

In deze rol volg je zorgvuldig alle binnenkomende opdrachten op. Dit houdt in dat je regelmatig bij klanten op locatie gaat om hun verwachtingen en behoeften te analyseren, en passende oplossingen biedt om hieraan te voldoen.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van offertes en het begeleiden van projecten vanaf de initiële opdracht tot aan de definitieve oplevering. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles verloopt volgens de geldende regelgeving en normeringen.

Je geeft leiding aan meestergasten en onderaannemers en werkt nauw samen met zowel de engineeringafdeling als de klant om een vlotte uitvoering te garanderen.

Veiligheid staat voorop, en indien nodig voer je periodieke inspecties op de werf uit om de veiligheidsstandaarden te waarborgen.

Samen met de aankoopafdeling zorg je ervoor dat project-specifieke materialen en producten tijdig worden aangeschaft, zodat elk project zonder vertraging kan worden uitgevoerd.

  • Je behaalde minstens een bachelor in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, plant de dingen goed in en bent administratief sterk. Bovendien spreek je Nederlands en Frans.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als projectleider in HVAC of in de bouw.
  • Gezonde stress geeft je een extra boost om resultaatsgericht te blijven werken.
