Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een ervaren Projectleider en klaar om een sleutelpositie in te nemen in uitdagende bouwprojecten? Als Projectleider ben jij de drijvende kracht achter projecten in regio Antwerpen en Brussel. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de operationele uitvoering als de strategische planning en coördinatie van één grote werf of meerdere kleinere werven. Je bent de spilfiguur tussen alle betrokken partijen zoals bouwheer, architecten, studiebureaus en interne teams, en zorgt ervoor dat projecten kwalitatief, op tijd en binnen budget worden opgeleverd.

  • Analyseren van projectdossiers en opstellen van uitvoeringsplanningen.
  • Tijdens alle fasen de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van de werken waarborgen.
  • Organiseren en leiden van werfvergaderingen, en opvolgen van beslissingen.
  • Opstellen van vorderingsstaten en bewaken van het uitvoeringsbudget.
  • Begeleiden van de voorlopige en definitieve oplevering van projecten.

We zoeken een gedreven professional die houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en die met trots kwalitatieve resultaten neerzet.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel: Onze ideale kandidaat heeft een scherp oog voor detail en hecht veel waarde aan teamwork en duurzame oplossingen binnen de bouwsector.

  • Een diploma in Bouwkunde en minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in leidinggevende functies bij grote bouwprojecten.
  • Kennis van ISO- en VCA-procedures.
  • Uitstekende coördinatie- en organisatievaardigheden, en stressbestendig onder druk.
  • Uitstekende communicatieskills, gecombineerd met onderhandelingstalent.
  • Een natuurlijke motivator en teamplayer met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijkheidsbewust en straalt trots uit bij de kwalitatieve oplevering van je projecten.
