Je stuurt installatieprojecten aan van A tot Z. Je bepaalt de planning, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat het werk op tijd en binnen budget wordt opgeleverd. Je werkt aan woningbouwprojecten waar je zelf de knopen doorhakt. Geen overleg over overleg, maar regie voeren waar dat nodig is. Solliciteer direct.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectleiding van installatieprojecten in de werktuigbouwkunde. Je stuurt het proces van ontwerp tot oplevering en zorgt dat alle technische, financiële en organisatorische aspecten op orde zijn. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en het eigen montageteam. Je bewaakt de planning, houdt grip op de kosten en zorgt dat het werk volgens afspraak wordt opgeleverd. Je hakt knopen door waar dat nodig is en schakelt snel bij onverwachte situaties. Je werkt nauw samen met de werkvoorbereiding en engineering, maar je hebt de ruimte om zelf te bepalen hoe je het project aanpakt. Er wordt van je verwacht dat je overzicht houdt en dat je de regie voert zonder dat daar constant op wordt gestuurd. Daarnaast begeleid je het montageteam op de werkvloer en zorg je dat de werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de geldende normen worden uitgevoerd. Je signaleert risico's en lost problemen op voordat ze escaleren. Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en zorgt dat materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Ook ben je betrokken bij de calculatie en offertevoorbereiding van nieuwe projecten, waarbij je jouw technische kennis inzet om realistische prijzen en planningen te bepalen. Jouw taken: - Aansturen en bewaken van installatieprojecten van start tot oplevering; - Coördineren van werkvoorbereiding, engineering en uitvoering; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit; - Begeleiden en aansturen van het montageteam op locatie; - Signaleren van risico's en oplossen van technische vraagstukken; - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en zor
