Bij M. van der Looy Afbouw in Bergeijk zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider . Iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen, overzicht houdt en ervoor zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je staat dicht bij de uitvoering, weet wat er speelt op de bouwplaats en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, uitvoerders en andere betrokken partijen. Je neemt operationele projecttaken uit handen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten kunnen doorpakken. Geen managementfunctie op afstand, maar een praktische rol waarin je midden in de projecten staat. Wat ga je doen? Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, begeleiden en succesvol afronden van jouw projecten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Begeleiden van projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering - Ondersteunen en begeleiden van uitvoerders - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, voortgang en budgetten - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten - Coördineren van mensen, materialen en middelen - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en bouwpartners - Bewaken van projectadministratie en nacalculaties - Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen projecten en processen Jij staat naast de uitvoering. Dat maakt deze functie bijzonder. Onze uitvoerders sturen het dagelijkse werk op locatie aan. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij hun werk goed kunnen uitvoeren.
