The posting

Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitwerking en opvolging van projecten in de uitvoeringsfase. Je vormt de essentiële schakel tussen verkoop, studiebureau,

productie en werf.

Je staat in voor:

  • De volledige technische analyse en uitwerking van projectdossiers.
  • Het bepalen en valideren van technische oplossingen en plaatsingsmethodes.
  • Het aansturen van tekenwerk en het controleren van uitvoeringsdetails.
  • Opstellen van de technische bibliotheek.
  • Het analyseren van plannen, lastenboeken, meetstaten en EPB-eisen.
  • Het uitvoeren van werfopmetingen en validatie van prototypes.
  • De technische afstemming met aannemers, architecten en studiebureaus.
  • Actieve deelname aan werfvergaderingen.
  • Het beheren van meerwerken, wijzigingen en technische optimalisaties.
  • Het controleren en valideren van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • De gestructureerde overdracht naar werfleiding en uitvoeringsteams.
  • Technische ondersteuning van commerciële en operationele teams.

Er wordt een grondige opleiding van 3 tot 6 maanden voorzien op de site in Transinne. Na deze periode oefen je je functie uit in het bijkantoor in Heverlee, Leuven.

  • Je hebt een passie voor de bouwsector en combineert technische inzichten met projectbeheer.
  • Technische opleiding in de bouw (bachelor/master).
  • Grondige kennis van bouwtechnische dossiers en uitvoeringsdetails.
  • Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om complexe dossiers te structureren.
  • Nauwkeurig en sterk organisatorisch.
  • Professionele communicatie naar zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om deadlines en prioriteiten te beheren.
  • Ervaring in een projectmatige omgeving (aannemer, studiebureau, schrijnwerk, gevelbouw, …) is een troef.
