Jij weet precies hoe je meerdere projecten tegelijk in goede banen leidt. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, schakelt makkelijk met alle betrokkenen en zorgt dat alles klopt: van planning tot oplevering. Binnen ZND NEDICOM, locatie Asten werk je in een informele, hechte organisatie waar we samen de schouders eronder zetten. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid én de ruimte om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als projectleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verloop van gevelprojecten: van voorbereiding tot en met oplevering. Je gaat onder andere: - Projectplanningen en werkplannen opstellen en bewaken - Afstemmen met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams - Projectteams aansturen, zowel intern als op locatie (werkvoorbereiders, monteurs, etc.) - Voortgang, kosten en kwaliteit bewaken - Knelpunten signaleren en oplossen tijdens de uitvoering - Toezien op veiligheid en kwaliteit op de projectlocatie - Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor zowel klant als projectteam Wat breng jij mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar) of aantoonbare relevante werkervaring - Ervaring als projectleider in de gevelbouw of bouwtechniek - Technisch inzicht in gevelsystemen en constructies - VCA-VOL certificaat (of bereid dit te behalen) - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Rijbewijs B En jij bent: - Zelfverzekerd en communicatief sterk - Leidinggevend en besluitvaardig - Reflecterend en continu gericht op verbetering - Flexibel ingesteld en collegiaal - Sterk in organiseren en plannen - Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht Wat bieden wij jou - Een uitstekend salaris tussen € 5500-6500 per maand, passend bij j...
