Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een ijzersterke passie voor HVAC, en ben je klaar om de leiding te nemen over indrukwekkende projecten binnen de utiliteitsbouw ? Dan ben jij onze kandidaat!

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor :

  • Je start elk project sterk door de werf nauwkeurig op te meten en technisch voor te bereiden.
  • Je stelt realistische werfplanningen op en zorgt dat deadlines worden gehaald.
  • In nauwe samenwerking met de aankoper en magazijnier zorg je dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment aanwezig zijn.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werf; je stuurt, ondersteunt en adviseert zowel eigen monteurs als onderaannemers.
  • Je rondt het project administratief perfect af door het as-built dossier nauwkeurig voor te bereiden en op te stellen.

Profiel

  • Je hebt technische kennis van industriële HVAC en sanitair
  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring als projectleider in de industriële HVAC en sanitair
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent woonachtig in de regio van Haaltert
  • Je bent flexibel naar afstanden toe, de werven zijn gelegen in heel België : van Maldegem tot Zwalm tot Leuven
