Je zorgt ervoor dat procesinrichting, SDB en data, planning en roosters, organisatie en personeel en implementatie en verandering in samenhang worden gerealiseerd. Je bent daarmee de regisseur van het geheel . Je bent niet de inhoudelijke SDB-specialist en voert niet zelf de dagelijkse personeelsplanning uit. Kernopdracht: - Brengt de huidige planprocessen, werkwijzen en knelpunten in beeld en vertaalt het besturingsmodel naar een uitvoerbare inrichting. - Werkt de projectplanning uit, bewaakt mijlpalen, afhankelijkheden, kwaliteit, risico's en budget en stuurt de vijf werkstromen integraal aan. - Stuurt en verbindt de SDB-specialist en externe planner en organiseert de samenwerking met HR, personeelsplanning en het primaire proces. - Richt de structurele planorganisatie in, inclusief taken, verantwoordelijkheden, rollen, mandaten, formatie, werkverdeling en overleg- en escalatieroutes. - Bewaakt de kwaliteit van brongegevens en organiseert integrale tests van processen, systemen, roosters en uitzonderingssituaties. - Organiseert opleiding, inwerken, communicatie en kennisoverdracht en bereidt keuzes en besluitvorming voor. - Toetst de gereedheid, bereidt het go/no-go-advies voor en regisseert de gecontroleerde livegang per 1 januari 2027. - Begeleidt in januari en februari de stabilisatie, overdracht en borging. Concrete resultaten: Als projectleider zorg je ervoor dat uiterlijk voor de livegang minimaal beschikbaar en aantoonbaar werkend zijn: - Een vastgesteld uniform planproces; - Een heldere afbakening van centrale en decentrale taken; - Vastgelegde rollen, ver...
