Die begint bij een projectleider die vooruitdenkt, overzicht houdt en ervoor zorgt dat alles op het juiste moment samenkomt. Aan de slag met de mooiste vloeren van NL! Een goed vloerproject vraagt om iemand die vooruitkijkt, beslissingen neemt en de lijnen bij elkaar brengt. Zodra een opdracht definitief is, neem jij de regie. Je zorgt dat mensen, materialen en afspraken op het juiste moment samenkomen en dat de klant steeds weet waar het project staat. Je stuurt niet alleen vanuit een planning, je bent zichtbaar op locatie, controleert de voortgang en grijpt in voordat een klein knelpunt een groot probleem wordt. Daarbij schakel je dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers, collega's op kantoor en onze uitvoerende teams. 36 - 40 uur Veenendaal Wat ga je doen als projectleider? - Je neemt projecten over zodra de opdracht definitief is en vertaalt deze naar een duidelijke aanpak. - Je maakt en bewaakt de planning en stemt mensen, materialen en werkzaamheden op elkaar af. - Je verzorgt of coördineert de inkoop van materialen en houdt grip op het verbruik. - Je bent regelmatig op locatie en bewaakt ondergrond, omstandigheden, voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klant, leverancier en uitvoering en communiceert helder over verwachtingen en voortgang. - Je bewaakt budget, administratie en afspraken en legt afwijkingen en meerwerk tijdig vast. - Je lost knelpunten op, neemt beslissingen en zorgt dat acties ook echt worden afgerond. - Je begeleidt de oplevering, rondt het project administratief af en zorgt dat de facturatie kan plaatsvinden.
