Leiden Meer details Projectleider Civiel Profiel Onze opdrachtgever zoekt een gedreven projectleider civiele techniek die graag de spil is tussen uitvoering, planning en kwaliteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse projecten, variërend van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en infrastructuur tot ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen. Je bent betrokken bij het hele traject: van voorbereiding en ontwerp tot contractuitwerking en oplevering. Daarbij combineer je inhoudelijke kennis met organisatorisch inzicht en bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit en communicatie. Je bent gewend om samen te werken met verschillende partijen en weet hierbij het overzicht te behouden. Daarnaast begeleid je collega's, stuur je waar nodig externe partijen aan en draag je bij aan procesverbeteringen. Je bent zelfstandig in je werk, maar voelt je ook thuis in een teamomgeving waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Vereisten - HBO werk en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een civieltechnische opleiding - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen civiele techniek of infrastructurele projecten - Ervaring met projectmatig werken en coördinatie van teams - Kennis van civiele onderhoudsprojecten, verkeersprojecten en ruimtelijke projecten - Vermogen om projecten te plannen, budgetteren en de voortgang te bewaken - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een verbindende persoonlijkheid - Analytisch vermogen en oog voor risico's en kansen binnen projecten - Proactief, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht - Zelfstandig kunnen werken, met oog voor samenwerking binnen een team Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever is een gemeente.
