In de groen-blauwe stad midden in het Groene Hart vind je een unieke combinatie van stedelijke projecten en ruimtelijke vraagstukken in een landelijk gebied. 132,5 km², waarvan 6 km² water en 8 kernen, midden in het Groene Hart: dat is Alphen aan den Rijn. Het Ingenieursbureau is verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en realisatie van civiel- en cultuurtechnische projecten in de openbare ruimte. De projecten variëren van gebiedsontwikkelingen en reconstructies tot herinrichtings- en vervangingsopgaven en worden uitgevoerd binnen de gemeentelijke beleidskaders, bestuurlijke besluitvorming en geldende wet- en regelgeving. Door maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen en opgaven zoals de Omgevingswet, klimaatadaptatie, energietransitie, mobiliteit, duurzaamheid, leefbaarheid en assetmanagement neemt de complexiteit van projecten toe. Daarnaast bevindt de organisatie zich in de ontwikkeling naar gebiedsgericht werken, waardoor integrale afstemming tussen disciplines steeds belangrijker wordt. Voor het Ingenieursbureau zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider Civiel die onderdeel uitmaakt van het projectteam en nauw samenwerkt met opdracht...
