Talinta zoekt in opdracht (werving en selectie) voor Interra in Joure een projectleider die ook een natuurlijke teamleider is. Iemand die niet alleen projecten aanstuurt, maar ook meebouwt aan het bureau, de mensen en de groeirichting. Je werkt 3 dagen per week aan projecten en bent 2 dagen per week bezig met teamontwikkeling, financiële sturing, acquisitie en organisatieontwikkeling. Daarmee combineer je inhoud, proces en ondernemerschap. Je werkt in een omgeving waar veel wordt samengewerkt, van planvorming en ontwerp tot en met realisatie en overdracht. **Wat ga je doen?** • Aansturen van projectteams (civiel, groen, ontwerp, omgeving) • Verantwoordelijk voor planning, budget, risico’s en contractvorming (RAW, UAV, UAV-GC) • Begeleiden van projecten, van verkenning en schetsontwerp tot uitvoeringscontract en realisatie • Intensief contact met gemeenten, waterschappen, projectontwikkelaars en nutsbedrijven • Vertalen van klantvraag naar maakbare en beheersbare oplossingen • Coaching van junioren • Sparringpartner voor ervaren specialisten **Dit zijn jouw projecten:** Je werkt mee aan gebiedsontwikkeling zoals herinrichtingen, woonrijp maken, klimaat adaptieve projecten en stedelijke vernieuwing. Denk aan trajecten waarin ontwerp, techniek en omgeving samenkomen in één integraal proces. **Wie ben jij?** • HBO of WO Civiele Techniek, Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling of vergelijkbaar • Ervaring als projectleider binnen civiele of ruimtelijke projecten • Sterk in contracten, procesbeheersing en stakeholdermanagement • Natuurlijk leiderschap en gevoel voor teamontwikkeling • Affiniteit met commerciële en organisatorische kant van het vak
