Als Projectleider Civiel ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw projecten en draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de succesvolle realisatie ervan. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning, budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en interne specialisten zoals engineers, calculatoren en werkvoorbereiders. Jouw rol is veelzijdig en uitdagend. Je bent betrokken bij projecten vanaf de tenderfase en blijft betrokken tot en met de nazorgfase. Je schakelt tussen verschillende projecten, van wegenbouw en civiele betonbouw tot complexe infrastructurele werken. Door de geïntegreerde aanpak van de organisatie werk je niet alleen aan de uitvoering, maar ben je ook betrokken bij engineering en beheer, wat jouw functie extra interessant maakt. Concreet houden jouw werkzaamheden het volgende in: - Aansturen en coördineren van projectteams bestaande uit uitvoerders, voorlieden en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en zorgen voor heldere communicatie; - Voorbereiden en bijwonen van voortgangs- en oplevergesprekken; - Signaleren van risico's en kansen en hier proactief op anticiperen; - Bijdragen aan de calculatie en voorbereiding van nieuwe projecten; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving conform de geldende wet- en regelgeving; - Stimuleren van innovatie en continue verbeteringen binnen projecten.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig binnen deze organisatie. Als Projectleider Civiel kun je doorgroeien naar Senior Projectleider, waarbij je grotere en complexere projecten gaat aansturen. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een rol als Manager Projecten, waarin je verantwoordelijk wordt voor een heel projectteam en de strategische koers van de afdelin
