V-20068881 - Zoetermeer - Ruimtelijk Domein - HBO - Detachering via YER - Gemeente Zoetermeer De positie Je bent als projectleider Civiele Techniek eindverantwoordelijk voor het afgesproken werkresultaat voor werken in relatie tot (her)inrichting, ontwikkelingen en reconstructies van de openbare ruimte. Met dit soort werken wordt gestuurd op het bereiken van een resultaat, binnen afgebakende kaders, doelstellingen en middelen. Je stelt de projectopdracht op, stuurt en rapporteert op de bekende GROTICK elementen. In een infrastructureel herinrichtingsopgave zijn verschillende disciplines vertegenwoordigd. Je doorloopt de faseringen door tijdig en volgens de kwaliteitsstandaarden de producten te leveren die binnen de werkfases zijn afgesproken. Je bent resultaatverantwoordelijk voor de eindproducten die gekoppeld zijn aan de Go/ No Go momenten naar een volgende fasering. Je handelt omgevingssensitief waarbij je op basis van de communicatie- en participatiestrategie stakeholders op een juiste wijze betrekt. Daarnaast schakel je tijdig met de ambtelijk opdrachtgever tussen de techniek, omgeving en politiek. Naast de projecten van Stadsbeheer ben je als project civiele techniek adviserend aan de projectmanager binnen de (gebieds)ontwikkelingen. Je adviseert de projectmanager over zowel de techniek als ook op de grotic aspecten vanuit de elementen in de openbare ruimte. Voor deze projecten draag je verantwoordelijk af aan jou opdrachtgever (Projectmanager). In de positie van projectleider is het van belang dat je daadkracht toont en over groot verantwoordelijkheidsbesef beschikt.
