  • Je bereidt de werken voor, informeert aannemers over hun taken, verantwoordelijkheden en veiligheidsafspraken, en zorgt voor een efficiënte werforganisatie.
  • Je coördineert aannemers, organiseert werfvergaderingen en stuurt bij waar nodig – altijd oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget en werkt volgens een gestructureerde en controleerbare methode.
  • Je voert schade?inspecties uit op basis van dronebeelden van terminalvloeren.
  • Je stemt prioriteiten af met de terminal, rekening houdend met beschikbaarheid van zones en aard van de schade.
  • Naast asfaltwerken volg je occasioneel ook andere civiele infrastructuurwerken op binnen maintenance of projectcontext.
  • Je levert praktische input voor ontwerpprocessen via plaatsbezoeken en denkt mee over werfinrichting, signalisatie en uitvoerbaarheid.
  • Je analyseert as?built dossiers van aannemers en zorgt, samen met de tekendienst, voor integratie in het GIS?systeem.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt correcte, professionele relaties met leveranciers en aannemers.
  • Vanuit je nabijheid tot de uitvoering draag je actief bij aan een sterke veiligheids? en efficiëntiecultuur.
  • Bachelor Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in een technische omgeving
  • Havenervaring is een plus
  • Relevante coördinerende of leidinggevende ervaring
  • Ervaring met dossierbeheer
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, MS Project en AutoCAD
