Je neemt de leiding over verschillende constructieve projecten en blijft inhoudelijk betrokken bij de belangrijkste technische keuzes. • Projecten leiden: je bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en voortgang vanaf het ontwerp tot en met de uitvoering. • Constructies beoordelen: je kijkt kritisch naar ontwerpen en berekeningen en stuurt bij waar dat nodig is. • Technische keuzes maken: je zoekt samen met het team naar veilige, slimme én praktisch uitvoerbare constructies. • Teams aansturen: je verdeelt werkzaamheden en houdt constructeurs en modelleurs aangesloten bij de projectdoelen. • Opdrachtgevers adviseren: je bespreekt technische mogelijkheden, wijzigingen en aandachtspunten rechtstreeks met de klant. • Ontwerpen optimaliseren: je kijkt waar een constructie slimmer, efficiënter of beter uitvoerbaar gemaakt kan worden. • Voortgang bewaken: je houdt deadlines en afspraken scherp in de gaten en grijpt tijdig in als het project daarom vraagt. • Kennis delen: je helpt minder ervaren collega's groeien en bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner binnen het team.

Functie-eisen: Je hebt inmiddels voldoende constructieve vlieguren gemaakt om zelfstandig technische beslissingen te nemen. Tegelijkertijd merk je dat je energie krijgt van het grotere plaatje: mensen meenemen, opdrachtgevercontact en verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het totale project. • Technische opleiding: HBO Bouwkunde of Civiele Techniek met een constructieve achtergrond. • Relevante ervaring: minimaal circa 5 jaar binnen bouwkundige constructies of constructief advies. • Constructieve kennis: je kunt berekeningen en ontwerpen inhoudelijk beoordelen en technische keuzes onderbouwen. • Projectmatig sterk: je houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere werkzaamheden en deadlines tegelijkertijd spelen. • Communicatief vaardig: je schakelt gemakkelijk met opdrachtgevers, collega's en andere projectpartners. • Besluitvaardig: je durft technische en organisatorische knopen door te hakken wanneer het project daarom vraagt. • Proa
