In het kort: Je gaat als projectleider de conversie van groepsfuncties naar individuele functies binnen het Functiegebouw Rijk voorbereiden, uitvoeren en implementeren, met een samenhangende aanpak en afstemming met alle betrokkenen. Opdrachtomschrijving De projectleider is verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en het implementatieproces van de conversie van de huidige groepsfuncties naar het Functiegebouw Rijk (FGR) binnen DFEI. De projectleider zorgt voor een samenhangende aanpak, heldere besluitvorming en tijdige afstemming met interne en externe betrokkenen. Opdrachtgever De opdrachtgever is Dienst Financieel-Economisch Integriteit. Een nieuwe toezichthouder binnen het ministerie van Financiën die per 1 januari van start is gegaan. De organisatie is opgebouwd uit twee bestaande bureaus (inclusief medewerkers) van de Belastingdienst: Toezicht Wwft en Economisch Handhaving. Om als zelfstandige organisatie te kunnen functioneren is daarnaast een afdeling Vaktechniek, Bedrijfsvoering en Strategie en een directeur en drie afdelingshoofden toegevoegd. De organisatie bestaat momenteel uit ca. 130 FTE maar gaat flink uitbreiden de komende jaren (met 70 FTE) vanwege nieuwe Europese wetgeving (EU-AML) die per 1 juli 2027 in werking treedt. De belangrijkste missie van DFEI is het bijdragen aan een integer financieel-economisch stelsel. DFEI houdt toezicht op de naleving van de Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme. Ook is DFEI verantwoordelijk voor bestuursrechtelijke handhaving. Daarnaast heeft DFEI strafrechtelijke en bestuursrechtelijke bevoegdheden over transparantieverplichtingen in het financieel-economisch verkeer. Zoals inschrijvingen in registers, het deponeren van jaarstukken en de naleving van verplichtingen van het UBO- en UBO trust-register (Ultimate Beneficial Owner). Project DFEI bereidt de omzetting voor van de huidige groepsfuncties naar individuele functies binnen het Functiegebouw Rijk. Aanleiding is de rijksbrede.
