Begeleid sprinklerprojecten bij onze bestaande klanten

Ben jij technisch sterk, hou je graag het overzicht en werk je het liefst dicht bij klanten én uitvoering? Als Projectleider Customer Care begeleid je aanpassingen, herstellingen en uitbreidingen aan bestaande sprinklerinstallaties.

Je combineert sprinklertechniek, projectopvolging en klantencontact. Van een gerichte aanpassing tot een grotere uitbreiding van een bestaande installatie: jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project technisch correct, veilig en efficiënt wordt uitgevoerd.

Wie zoeken we?

Je hoeft vandaag nog geen volleerd sprinklerspecialist te zijn. We zoeken iemand met een sterke technische basis, projectmatig inzicht en vooral de motivatie om zich grondig te verdiepen in sprinklertechniek.

· Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, energietechnologie, bouw of klimatisatie.

· Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring binnen een installatiebedrijf, de bouwsector, HVAC, piping of een technische projectomgeving.

· Je kunt technische plannen lezen en beschikt over voldoende technisch inzicht om klantvragen te analyseren.

· Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende sprinklerprojecten tegelijk lopen.

· Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en communiceert duidelijk met klanten, techniekers en onderaannemers.

· Je bent klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.

· Je spreekt vlot Nederlands & Engels.

· Kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt.

· Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Ervaring met sprinklerinstallaties, piping of andere brandbeveiligingstechnieken is een sterke troef, maar geen vereiste.

Binnen Customer Care realiseren we sprinklerprojecten die ontstaan vanuit onderhoud, renovaties, verbouwingen of veranderende behoeften bij bestaande klanten.

Je volgt meerdere projecten gelijktijdig op, van de eerste aanvraag tot de technische oplevering. Concreet betekent dit dat je:

· klantvragen analyseert en vertaalt naar een haalbare oplossing voor de sprinklerinstallatie;

· bestaande installaties en technische plannen bestudeert;

· calculaties, offertes en technische dossiers voorbereidt;

· aanpassingen en uitbreidingen van sprinklerinstallaties technisch uitwerkt;

· materialen, sprinklertechniekers en onderaannemers inplant en aanstuurt;

· klanten en werven bezoekt in Vlaanderen;

· de planning, het budget, de veiligheid en de kwaliteit bewaakt;

· meer- en minderwerken opvolgt en zorgt voor een correcte facturatie;

· klanten tijdens de uitvoering helder op de hoogte houdt;

· montages, testen, inbedrijfstellingen en opleveringen voorbereidt;

· nauw samenwerkt met collega’s van Engineering en Projecten.

Je werkt ongeveer de helft van je tijd vanuit ons kantoor in Ophasselt. De overige tijd ben je aanwezig bij klanten en op werven.
