Deze organisatie beheert en ontwikkelt energie-infrastructuur en zorgt ervoor dat huishoudens en bedrijven veilig en betrouwbaar over energie beschikken. Door het netwerk uit te breiden en te versterken, draagt de organisatie bij aan de energietransitie, woningbouw en verduurzaming. Je sluit aan bij een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor digitale veiligheid en weerbaarheid. Vanuit dit team werk je intensief samen met collega's uit juridische zaken, IT, de business en project- en verandermanagement. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat wettelijke verplichtingen worden vertaald naar concrete verbeteringen binnen de organisatie. Functie Als Projectleider Cyberwetgeving begeleid je de implementatie van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van cybersecurity en veiligheid. Je vertaalt complexe vereisten naar een duidelijke aanpak en haalbare veranderingen in processen, systemen en verantwoordelijkheden. Je werkt onder andere aan verplichtingen vanuit de Cyberbeveiligingswet, de Energiewet en de Wet veiligheidsonderzoeken. Daarbij verbind je juridische en technische experts met de collega's die de veranderingen in de praktijk moeten doorvoeren. Je bewaakt de voortgang, maakt afhankelijkheden inzichtelijk en zorgt dat betrokkenen weten wat er moet gebeuren en waarom. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Vertalen van wettelijke vereisten naar concrete projecten, planningen en acties. - Coördineren van veranderingen op het gebied van processen, techniek, governance en rapportage. - Afstemmen met specialisten binnen cybersecurity, juridische zaken, IT en de business. - Bewaken van de voortgang, resultaten, risico's en afhankelijkheden. - Voorbereiden van besluitvorming en rapporteren over de voortgang. - Meenemen van stakeholders in veranderingen en zorgen voor draagvlak b...
