Zoek je een kans om jouw leiderschapsvaardigheden in te zetten voor zowel mechanische als elektrische engineers? Wil je bijdragen aan het succes van innovatieve projecten? In jouw functie als projectleider ben jij de cruciale schakel die de continuïteit van onze werven waarborgt. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van verkopers, andere projectleiders en werkplaatsverantwoordelijken. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het vertalen van verkochte projecten naar praktische uitvoeringsplannen samen met de verkoper.
  • Duidelijke communicatie met engineers over tijdslijnen en projectdoelstellingen.
  • Instructies geven aan monteurs over voortgang en prioriteiten op de werf.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie als projectleider.
  • Een diploma op Bachelor- of Master-niveau, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Vaardigheid in planlezen, machinebouw, en kennis van AutoCad, Inventor en Eplan.
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid en maturiteit, met het vermogen om onder druk te presteren.
  • Een stressbestendige houding en de capaciteit om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd aan te pakken.
  • Leidinggevende vaardigheden om effectief te overleggen met tekenaars en weloverwogen eindbeslissingen te nemen.
  • Kennis van machinebouw, metaalconstructies, elektriciteit en automatisering.
